Application procedures
- What documents do you require in order to get approved? - Depending on the nature of your business operations we require different documents. If you are operating as a company, we need a copy of the owners’ IDs, list of the directors, and company incorporation certificate. However, if you are a sole trader, we only need a copy of your ID or Driving license and a utility bill.
- How long will it take me to open an account with G2S? - G2S is making its best effort to get the website and documents’ approval as fast as possible. Usually it takes from 24 to 72 hours to get approved and start the technical integration. It depends on the vendors, as soon as the website is ready and we have all the necessary documents, it takes only a few hours to get approval.
- How long will it take me to apply online? - Our online registration form is very easy and user-friendly. We have streamlined the application process so it only requires a minute or two. This way we aim to save you time and effort and provide you with a hassle-free registration process.
- How can I send you the required documents? - You can attached the required documents to an e-mail or fax them directly to your personal account manager.
- Can I apply if I do not have a registered company? - Yes, we do support sole traders as well. All you have to do is apply online and send us a copy of your ID or Driving license and a Utility bill in order to be approved.
- Do you have any restrictions about the products I could sell online? - G2S is specializing in the e-commerce businesses. For further information, please check our Contents Policy.
- If my application is declined, will you refund my fees? - We take the set up fee only when your application is approved and once your account is open.
- Which countries do you accept applications from? - We accept merchants from the entire world; however, there are a few countries that are not in compliance with the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and therefore we do refuse companies in these areas.
